Teen guys, will you please explain him to me because I don't get it.?

This guy flirted hardcore with me, and only me (yes, I'm sure) and we liked each other senior year but fell out of touch for awhile until I started my 2nd semester of college and he got a facebook and added me. Well we started talking again and he told me was leaving for basics in a month because his Dad wouldn't pay for college. I said we should hang out but since it'd been so long I didn't expect him to say yes, but he did. When we hung out he asked if I was single and if I had a boyfriend (big sign of interest don't you think?) and told me to call him again if I wanted to hang out before he left (another big sign right?) but when I finally called, no answer and no return call. Ever. Still, I told him how I felt over facebook and he never wrote back, but re-added me after I deleted him.





Why tell me to call him? Why ask if I had a boyfriend? Why not even say bye? Will someone please explain his behavior???

He probably has mixed emotions about you. I would say that he did like you, but when you get over someone you focus on their weaknesses. When he saw you, he was likely excited and saw first your beauties, then left and remembered whatever he decided he disliked about you, and/or that he did not want to get trapped again into liking you. He may also be afraid of it not going anywhere, since you liked each other but did not date it seems, and possibly both of you were and maybe still are a bit reserved or not ready to take on risk. This situation is very delicate, so if you already told him how you feel there is nothing else that can be done. Go on a date with someone else, and refocus yourself. If he decides he goes and decides it's worth a shot, you can still be open to the opportunity. Hope this helps.

or maybe he was just a tease, but he doesnt really sound like one...
