if you trying to find a friend and you do not know their high school, company or college can you find by their name only ??? Cannot find it at all, have asked two questions prior.

Facebook - trying to locate people?
All you have to do is put their name in the search field. Depending on how common their name is, you mat have a few results to sift through, but their picture will be enough to confirm whether they are who you think they are.
If there are profiles that don't have pictures, have a look through the persons' friends to see if there are any mutual acquaintances there.
Reply:If you just type in their name it will come up. However, you need to enter it the exact way that they did.

Reply:You can search for the person with their name, but it could come up with other people that have the same name, on facebook theres a search bar, you just type their name in and it comes up with people
